Refund Policy
At PLR Members, we value fairness and transparency in our refund process. Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, our refund policy is designed to protect both our members and our platform.
🔄 7-Day Refund Window (First-Time Payments Only)
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for first-time purchases of a premium membership plan. However, to qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
☑️ You must not have downloaded more than 10 products within the refund period.
☑️ You must contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase to request a refund.
☑️ Excessive downloads followed by a refund request may result in your request being denied.
⚠️ Please don’t abuse the system. Our goal is to be fair to honest users, and we ask the same in return.
🔁 Subscription & Recurring Payment Refunds
For all subscription-based plans, please note the following:
☑️ Recurring payments are non-refundable.
☑️ Only the very first payment of a new subscription is eligible for a refund within the 7-day window.
☑️ If you’ve been subscribed for several months and didn’t cancel in that time, you will not receive a refund for past payments.
☑️ It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue.
✅ You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
📩 If you need help canceling, please contact us at least 3 days before your next billing date.
❌ Canceling a Subscription
☑️ Canceling your subscription does not delete your account.
☑️ You will continue to have full access to downloads and features until the end of your billing cycle.
☑️ To cancel, log in to your account and visit the “Cancel My Stripe Subscription” section to stop future charges.
💳 Credit Card Payments
For direct credit card payments via Stripe:
☑️ Log in to your account
☑️ Go to the Cancel My Stripe Subscription section
☑️ Follow the instructions to stop recurring payments

📝 Important Reminders
☑️ No refunds will be issued for recurring charges made after the first 7 days.
☑️ It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to be billed.
☑️ We strongly recommend signing up for a free account first before upgrading to a premium plan.
We reserve the right to decline any refund request that does not comply with this policy or is suspected of abuse.
